About maintenance

when the new machine runs for 500 hours for the first time, there will be a warning that the oil and oil filter need to be replaced. Please timely replace and maintain according to the requirements to keep the air compressor in the best condition.

Oil filter

Oil filter For the first 500 hours of operation of the new machine, it is recommended to replace the oil filter with a new one,and then every 2300 hours to ensure the best effect of the filter.

Screw air compressor oil
For screw oil, it is recommended to replace all the oil in the oil and gas tank after the new machine runs for 500 hours, because there are many impurities in the new machine, and the impurities in the oil system will wear all the parts of the main cover. Timely replacement can reduce the wear time of the main engine and prevent greater losses. From the second maintenance, replace every 2300 hours to ensure the cleanliness of the oil system. (Note: drain the oil in the old oil tank before adding new air compressor oil)
