Screw oil gas separator

In the oil injected screw compressor, a large amount of oil is injected into the volume between the teeth of the compressor while compressing the gas. After the same compression process, these oil and the oil-gas mixture formed by the compressed gas are discharged into the oil-gas separator of the unit, and the oil and gas are separated in the oil-gas separator.
The separated air is discharged into the user's pipe network, and the separated oil passes through After cooling, it enters the compressor again to form the oil circuit circulation, but a small amount of lubricating oil that cannot be separated is exhausted and consumed along with the air. The oil-gas separator is one of the main equipment in the oil injection screw compressor unit system. In order to reduce the oil content in the unit exhaust and recycle the lubricating oil in the unit, the oil-gas separation must be used to effectively separate the lubricating oil from the gas.

Replacement Method

Find the oil and gas barrel and unscrew the nut with a hand wrench

 

Remove the upper cover of the oil and gas drum, take out the oil and gas separator and replace it with a new one

Installation precautions
1.When installing the oil-gas separator core, a small amount of lubricating oil can be coated on the surface of the seal.

2. Install the core of the spin on oil-gas separator, just screw it clockwise by hand.

3. When installing the built-in oil-gas separator core, the flange gasket of the oil-gas separator core must be installed with a conductive piece or graphite gasket.

4. When installing the built-in oil-gas separator core, pay attention to whether the oil return pipe extends between 2-3mm and the center bottom of the oil-gas separator core.

5. Pay attention to whether there is residual pressure inside when removing the oil-gas separator core.

6. The oil-bearing compressed air shall not be directly sprayed on the oil-gas separator core.
