Air compressor inlet control valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve, piston, cylinder, spring, seal ring, etc., its side is equipped with control block and control solenoid valve, set on and off regulation, load reduction, noise reduction, pressure reduction and stop and empty functions. During load reduction, a small amount of gas is released through the small hole in the valve to balance the intake of gas through the small hole in the inlet control valve, so that the pressure in the separation tank is maintained at 0.2-0.3mpa to maintain the normal air compressor oil circulation. The opening and closing action of the inlet control valve is automatically controlled by the pressure sensor of the regulating system and the solenoid valve.
